| Guiidelines for Ministry Participation | ||||

||||
All ministries at Calvary Chapel require ministerial or pastoral approval in order to serve. Ministry participants who have completed Level II of the Servant Requirements and have received Pastoral or Staff / Lay Overseer approval may begin to serve a 60-day confirmation period. Upon completion of the 60-day confirmation period and approval at a Pastor's Meeting, the ministry participant will be eligible to purchase a ministry t-shirt. |

| Guidelines for Patch sHolder | ||||

Requirements to become a Patch Holder in the Motorcycle Ministry are: *Completed Level III of the Servant Requirements. *Attend one (1) meeting per month. *Attend twelve (12) runs per year. See Calendar *Participation in our local outreaches. *A one-year commitment is required upon becoming a Patch Holder. A one-year commitment will be asked annually of each existing Patch Holder. These requirements are necessary for accountability purposes and to ensure that each ministry participant is knowledgeable of the ministry. It is our desire to keep the back of our vests uniform throughout the ministry. *Colors (CCMM Patch) should be the only thing on the back of the vest. *Do not leave vest with colors on them unattended. *Colors are the property of the church and need to be returned if 1) You do not fulfill the requirements, 2) Move, 3) Are asked to return the colors or 4) Leave the church for any reason. *Alcohol and tobacco products are not to be used in any form while wearing your colors. |

| Children must be accompanied by adults during any of the ministry events and should be supervised at all times. | ||||
